This is easy
Turn up to a war practice, muster or event and participate in a scenario that involves archers and combat blunts - matters not what end you are on as long as combat blunts are being shot at live targets.
If there are no combat blunts flying then you will need to be in a scenario involving 30+ melee combatants.
You will be recorded as blooded as long as a blooded western wolf witness's the engagement
